The main attraction of this edition of Nayarit Vallarta Gastronómica will be the participation of personalities such as Chef Janaína Torres, best female chef of 2024 according to The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Chef Heinz Wuth of Chile, among others.

This year, Nayarit Vallarta Gastronómica revolves around the motto “Connecting minds, connecting souls,” and from October 12 to 19, it will surprise us with the innovative spirit that has characterized the festival since its first edition.
The main venue for Nayarit Vallarta Gastronómica 2025 will be the Paradise Village Hotel in Riviera Nayarit. The event will also be hosted by Chef Nacho Manzano, the only chef in Spain awarded three Michelin stars at the last edition.
